Our Guided Ride Terms and Conditions outlines the booking conditions, timing of payments, cancellation policy, and the terms and conditions under which we conduct our guided rides. By submitting this booking request you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Guided Ride Terms and Conditions Our staff will check all details submitted on this form and send you a deposit invoice to the email address provided by you. Please contact us if you do not receive a reply within 5 business days. All guided rides will only proceed once a minimum of 6 motorcycles have been booked for the guided ride. Your deposit payment will secure your place on the guided ride and will remain 100% refundable until we confirm that the minimum bookings have been received and the guided ride is confirmed. Once the guided ride is confirmed our standard cancellation policy applies.
